Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days.  If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.  If you have a change of mind and would like to return your item it will incur a (10%) admin restocking fee,  this fee covers the initial freight to you any time preparing & receiving your order.

Please note returns are not possible on clearance items and any tool that has been used and/or registered to the manufacturer.   We can only accept a return if it is unused and not registered.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item if it is a change of mind.  If the item is faulty on arrival or wrong item has been received return shipping cost will be paid by NZ Auto Diagnostic Solutions Limited.
