OBDSTAR Gilera ACI60X Key Programming

Solutions

*using OBDSTAR MS80 to operate on【Make Start Key】.*


Details Steps

①Connect MS80 to Motorcycle, enter into*【Moto IMMO】* ;

②Click【*All】* , input letters such “GIL” in search bar, click【**GILERA**】 ;


Tips: by searching keywords, find out related models quickly.

③Click the newest GILERA edition；

④Select the corresponding ECU type, such as ACI600 click【*ACI600/601/602/603/604/605/606*】 ;

⑤Diagnostic Connector Mode


1.Click【*Diagnostic Connector Mode*】 ;

2.Connect the diagnostic connector, click【*Enter*】 ;


Tips: can click【*Diagnostic Connector】* to check connecting method; click【**ECU Image**】 to check ECU type;

3.Click【*Make Start Key*】 ;

4.Please ensure the internet connection is normal, click【*Enter*】 ;

5.Enter a file name to save, click【*Enter*】 ;


Tips: the file folder position saved: DP-device serial number-Data

6.Confirm the file name, click【*Enter*】 ;

7.Select the type of key generate, such as click【*Master Key（5F7D00007FD6A4）*】 ;

8.Connect P001 with diagnostic device, click【*Enter*】 ;

9.Put the new key in P001, click【*Enter*】 ;

10.Make the key successfully.

⑥BENCH Mode:


1.Click【*BENCH Mode*】 ;

2.Connect the wires, click【*Enter*】 ;


Tips: click【*BENCH mode wiring diagram】* to check wiring diagram, click【**ECU Image**】 to check ECU type;

3.Click【*Make Start Key*】 ;

4.Please ensure the internet connection is normal, click【*Enter*】 ;

5.Enter a file name to save, click【*Enter*】 ;


Tips: the file folder position saved: DP-device serial number-Data

6.Click*【*Enter**】 ;

7.Select the type of key generate, such as click【*Master Key（5F7D00007FD6A4）*】 ;

8.Connect P001 with diagnostic device, click【*Enter*】 ;

9.Put the new key in P001, click【*Enter*】 ;

10.Make the key successfully.
