Background
A 2019 Ducati Scrambler FL has reached its annual maintenance time and the 'SERV' maintenance tips appears in the gauge, and the annual service warning light needs to be reset after the relevant maintenance items have been done.
Note: When deactivating the service warning light you need to check which light is on the instrument, generally there is an 'oil service waring light' and an ' annual service warning light '. The oil service warning light is usually [OIL MARK + SERVICE], see the end of the diagram for an example. For different service instructions you need to select the corresponding maintenance light reset function, otherwise the function will not match the service lamp and the execution will fail.

Using OBDSTAR MS80 to operate on【Annual service warning light deactivation】.
Details Steps
①Connect MS80 to Motorcycle, enter into【MOTO DIAG 】;
②Input letters such “DUCATI” in search bar, click【DUCATI】 ;
Tips: by searching keywords, find out related models quickly
③Click the newest DUCATI edition；
④Click【Select from vehicle 】、【S 】、【Scrambler 800 EU4 】；
⑤Click【Motorcycle（Road）MY 19 】;
⑥Click【Service system（Service Lamp Reset） 】;
⑦Click【Enter 】;
⑧Click【Special Function 】;
⑨Read note, click【Agree】 ;
⑩Input 123, click【Enter】 ;
⑪Click【Annual service warning light deactivation 】;
⑫Click【Enter 】;
⑬After confirming the related time settings or mileage service, click【Enter】 ;
⑭Enter the new annual check date，click【Enter】 , （if the date is (9 November 2023) then enter “091123” ）;
⑮Confirm the date, then click【Enter】 ;
⑯【Annual service warning light deactivation 】executed successfully, ' Annual service warning light ' has been removed.
